Daniel has been a legal assistant at Epstein Legal Services, P.C. since 2017. His focus is on Personal Injury Litigation and Real Estate transactions.
Daniel assists in the management of client files. He assists Darren with all our clients from the initial meeting through to the resolution of the matter. He has had extensive experience in Personal Injury matters and all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery, and motion practice.
He assists clients with getting their background, medical history, medical records, employment history, disability history, and other information which assists us in resolving our clients' cases.
Daniel has a BS degree in Psychology in 1989 from the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned a JD in 1993 from New York Law School. He is married with 3 children. Daniel enjoys racquetball, cycling, and arts and entertainment in his free time.

I am a litigator who handles numerous types of trials in Civil and Criminal cases. I have successfully settled and taken various cases to verdict including Medical Malpractice, Automobile Accidents, Product Liability, Product Defect, Slip and Fall, Premises Liability Accidents, DWIs, Drug Arrests, Sexual Crimes, Weapon Charges, and various other types of trials.
I am a former prosecutor/Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. I prosecuted thousands of cases including DWIs, Illegal Sales and Possession of Drugs, Assault, Sexual Crimes, Thefts, Weapons Possession, Fraud, Felonies, Misdemeanors, and many other types of crimes.
I worked as a clerk for a judge in Baltimore City Circuit Court and assisted in the preparation, writing, and research for decisions rendered by the Judge. Additionally, I observed numerous trials, hearings, and other court conferences.
Trial work has always been exciting and very rewarding since I have been able to help my clients get the justice they deserve. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment when my clients receive the compensation that they deserve and/or a verdict that is appropriate based on all of the facts in the case.
